Our Work Approach

Step 1: We carry out an inspection of any unit before repair and maintenance. Step 2 The inspection report is submitted to the client.

Step 3: Once the client gives approval we send in our quotation.

Step 4: Then move to the site for repair when we and the client mutually agree on the pricing.

However, when urgency is expressed, we can commence work with the understanding that negotiation and discussion will be concluded in the nearest possible time.

Step 5; After the work conclusion, a job completion form will be signed off by the client.

Step 6: Our customer service center will call the client for feedback.
